Randolph Electric Member’s peak hours are 6am–8am, November–April; 3pm–6pm, May–October. Everything outside those hours is off-peak.
At peak, Residential A28TOU - SINGLE-PHASE TIME OF USE SERVICE charges 60.2¢ a kWh; off-peak it is 7.3¢ — 8.2× apart. Prices from the filed tariff.
These hours only apply if you are on a time-of-use plan. Randolph Electric Member’s default plan, Residential A28 - SINGLE-PHASE SERVICE, charges one rate at every hour of the day. A household that never switched has no peak hours to avoid — and no cheap hours to use.
