Southern Maryland Elec Coop’s peak hours are 2pm–7pm, May–September. Everything outside those hours is off-peak, apart from a mid-priced shoulder period.
At peak, Residential Service Time of Use charges 27.5¢ a kWh; off-peak it is 14.5¢ — 1.9× apart. Prices from the filed tariff.
